Len also toured with "Track" band , with Barry Case & Gary Walker in the late 70's. Track released a self titled E.P. in 1979 before appearing on the Tamworth Big Show with Chad Morgan & Dave Pincombe.

Since moving to Mount Gambler, in 1999, Len soon became bassist/vocal with Allan Websters' band "Los Amigos" Allan's success in song writing soon inspired Len to once again put pen to paper, and he was soon successful in gaining 3rd Place in 2003 APRA Country song of year with a song about his son Joe titled "My Little Man" (Allan Webster won with Grandpas Words) However Len did not have to wait long before achieving success, winning 2004 APRA County song of the Year (Traditional) with "Down On The Farm".
