"I'm from Kihikihi in the middle North Island, NZ.  I am living and working in Adelaide since October 2006 and expect to do so for the foreseeable future.   I've been involved in Country Music since 2000, when my son, then 11, showed an interest in singing so I took up guitar and joined the local CMC.   Over the years I became rhythm guitarist in the club band and competed in awards around NZ with some success in recent times.

I was also a member of the Morrinsville Country Music Club, where, because of their vigour and depth of talent, I continued to learn a lot more about Country Music.

I'm very keen on Country Music and would like to continue progressing as I have done over the last few years.   My favourite artists are Garth Brooks, Kenny Chesney, Alan Jackson and Dwight Yoakam.   However, my greatest interest at present is my son Brendon Liley, who is working hard to become a professional entertainer in Country Music."
